All orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days. We are located in Toronto, Canada, and currently, we only deliver to Canada and US. Shipment to Canada and US normally takes 2-8 business days. We are unable to guarantee shipping time after an order has been shipped out. For all cases of delayed delivery time, we are unable to offer compensation. Refund requests for delayed delivery will not be accepted.

Items lost in the mail are still eligible for refunds but only after the investigation is completed and a claim has been processed.

Duty charged by customs for packages is NOT included in our price.

We don’t accept returns if it’s not for any quality issue. If there is any quality issue, please contact us as soon as possible within 7 days of receiving, and we will provide you with a free shipping label for you to send the product back to us within 14 days of receiving. Please note that the purchased item(s) must be returned in original condition and packaging. We reserve the right to accept or refuse any return or exchange requests.
